
Terms of Service
Please read these Website Terms of Service (the “Terms”) carefully because they govern your use of the website located at www.voicecoachcalifornia.com | www.liisaleevo.com (the “Site”) and the employee benefit, vendor, rating, reviewing, quoting, and other related services accessible via the Site offered by Liisa Lee and Voice Coach California. To make these Terms easier to read, the Site, our services and App are collectively called the “Services.”

Training - Privacy - No AI
For the entirety of Liisa Lee Voiceovers and Voice Coach California coaches, clients, actors, artists, projects and all training, we hear-by revoke, refuse and do not consent, in perpetuity, to any company, corporation or subsidiary thereof to duplicate, copy, edit, sell, include, transfer, or claim right to any and all voice, vocal print or vocal intellectual property, including AI and any other production beyond originally contracted projects, without prior express written permission and compensation, agreed upon by Liisa Lee, Liisa Lee Voiceover, and Voice Coach California. No other company shall have the legal right to negotiate on my behalf. Companies engaging in any of the above, will result in legal action.

Refunds
Due to class demand and scheduling, For all classes, workshops, and coaching packages. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before session start time. Clients can reschedule once for a new class or session in that window of time.

Control
All users of our company's services have reasonable control of the work created using their voice, image, name, and likeness.
Users have reasonable control over the types of work that can be generated by their synthetic voice model, digital clone, or replica. This control may be project-specific, and the parameters of this control should be decided upon in advance.

Security
Our company agrees to use good faith efforts to prevent any files of recordings or performances stored in digital format containing a user’s voice or likeness from unauthorized access by third parties, and if such files are stored in "the cloud" Client agrees to utilize services that offer safeguards through encryption or other "up-to date" technological means from unauthorized third party access.

Auditing
AUDITING DETAILS:
If you'd like to participate and are unable to get a spot, please ADD YOURSELF TO WAIT LISTS! Depending on wait list numbers, we may add a 2nd class.
The wait lists will still appear on the classes page after the last spot is filled, and the AUDITING spots will appear as a secondary listing on our website. Not every class will have the option for auditing.
AUDITING POLICIES:
• Auditors will be sent a private link via email several days before the clinic, and will NOT be reading in the class. The chat will be available for auditors to use.
• Cancellation notices are on a strict 24-hour policy for auditor spots. i.e. If a clinic is to start at 7pm on a Wednesday, you MUST cancel by 7pm on Tuesday in order to receive a full refund. OR You can choose to use that money for another class. Same 24 hour messaging applies for One reschedule.
• Sharing your link for auditing with anyone else is NOT ALLOWED. We are able to track who and how many people are auditing, so if 20 signed up and we see 21 auditors, we will end the auditing feed for everyone. Recording or screen capturing anything from the clinic is Not Allowed. Anyone who does so will be removed from class.
• Auditing is open by APPROVAL ONLY.
If you have been approved to take specific classes (i.e. Commercial, Promo, and Agency Clinics only) you ARE permitted to audit ANY clinic. This does not, however, contribute to our prerequisite requirement of "one year of VO-specific training" in order to qualify for certain types of clinics. (If you've never taken an animation class, auditing our animation clinics for one year does not qualify you to take our animation clinics.
Training for VO includes time behind the mic as well.
• Guest instructors are always given a list of who is participating in our clinics, and auditors will be included on that list.
• Auditing is separate from the wait lists, if we have 12 participant spots and have a last minute cancellation, we MIGHT add an auditor to participate in the class. This is a case by case basis.

Arbitration
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARBITRATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS: WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE AGREEING (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND VOICE COACH CALIFORNIA | LIISA LEE VOICEOVERS THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY SECTION 16 “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” BELOW FOR DETAILS REGARDING ARBITRATION.
